Section 12
Misc. Problems, Questions and Ideas
1. I have a problem, who can I talk to?
If you have a problem, you should contact the person directly above you in the chain of command. If they can not help you, they will refer you to someone who can. Usually, talking to your DL will be sufficient. If you would rather not talk to your DL, you may try your TL or the Minion Liaison Officer (MLO).

2. My DL/TL/DLiT/ATL/SM etc is on leave, who do I contact about problems?
If the person above you in the chain of command is on leave, contact the person who is directly above them. In the list below, start at the top and work your way down until you come to someone who is not on leave. That is whom you should talk to.
- DLiT
- DL
- ATL
- TL
- MiT
- AM2
- AM1
- SM

3. I have a question, who can I talk to?
We recommend that you talk to your DL if you have any questions. If they can not help you, they should be able to refer you to someone who can.
|
4. I want to leave Trivia, who should I talk to?
The saddest part of every job in Trivia is when someone leaves your division or team. As such, we try to keep the occurrences of such situations to a minimum. If you wish to leave Trivia, you should first talk to both your DL and your TL. While we’d much rather you didn’t leave, sometimes these things must be done, and if you must leave us, we will respect your decision.

5. I have an idea for Trivia, who do I go to?
If the idea is about any aspect of Trivia other than an idea for event topic, you should talk to either your DL or the Team Leader.
|
6. I have an idea for a new kind of Trivia, who can I talk to?
You should talk to (either by IM or email) the Division Leader of the division you think would be responsible. For all Star Trek related ideas, talk to the Phoenix Division leader, Star Wars ideas should go to Capella’s DL and Team Trivia realated ideas to the Nova Division leader. All other live events can probably go to the Gemini Division leader. If in doubt, contact the Team leader and they will point you in the right direction.
|
7. How long will it take for my question/idea to be processed?
This will depend on the question or idea. As everyone has to juggle online and offline time, the response time can vary from person to person. As a good rule of thumb, if you have not received a reply within 2 weeks, email the question idea again.
|
8. Is there a hierarchy we must follow - or can I go to the SM with an idea straight away?
There is no hierarchy that you need to follow. However, we would recommend going to your Division Leader or Team Leader with an idea before you go to the Senior Manager. However, this is at your discretion.
